How it works

Two routes, one account: buy at the advertised price while the campaign runs, or bid at auction once it closes.

Fixed price — held for 7 days

  1. 01 Choose the vehicle. The advertised price is locked for 7 days from the day the lot is listed, and the countdown on the lot shows exactly how long is left.
  2. 02 Send the buy-now request. Your details, ID and delivery address — no payment yet.
  3. 03 An agent confirms. We reserve the car in your name for 24 hours and invoice you.
  4. When the window closes any unsold vehicle moves to auction, the fixed price is withdrawn and the price can climb with bidding.

  1. 01 Apply. Companies and private buyers send their documents to info@smartauctions.com.au.
  2. 02 Agent review. One of our agents verifies your file and sets your bidding limit.
  3. 03 Approval in 24 hours. You receive a bidder number valid for every future auction.
  4. 04 Bid and settle. Each lot shows its own terms — 25%, 50% or 100% within 48 hours — then we deliver or you collect.
